The puppies had been whelped in this enclosure which had the door propped open at all times, allowing the female Bulldog to leave the enclosure at will and allowing the two house dogs the ability to enter the primary enclosure and contact the puppies. Contact with dogs other than the dam can result in injury to the puppies. The licensee must ensure that primary enclosures are constructed and maintained so that they keep other animals from entering the enclosure. TO BE CORRECTED BY AUGUST 15, 2014. |
