Animals were observed walking and grazing in this mound during this inspection. There are no barriers preventing the animals in this area from walking through, lying in, or eating from this waste mound. This exposes the animals to disease hazards and continued to be a problem at this facility. The licensee must provide a means to remove this debris or prevent the animals from accessing this area.
