This odor was considerable and began to cause discomfort and burn APHIS officials(cid:25) eyes and noses during the inspection process. This situation can cause the animals housed in the room unnecessary discomfort. In addition, poor ventilation can contribute to the spread of disease. Ventilation must be adequate to provide for the health and comfort for the animals. Correct by ensuring that adequate fresh air is provided and that this area is properly ventilated to minimize drafts, odors, and moisture condensation. To be completed by: 8 February 2016
