There are no label directions or written guidance from a licensed veterinarian on the use of Baytril in this cat. It has been 7 days since the completion of the prescribed treatments and the cat's condition has declined. Direct guidance and supervision by a licensed veterinarian is needed to ensure a proper diagnosis is made and that animals receive appropriate care. The licensee shall ensure that a mechanism of direct and frequent communication is utilized so that timely and accurate information on problems of animal health, behavior, and well-being is conveyed to the attending veterinarian.
