The toe nails on this foot are very short and the toe nails are recessed behind the pads. The foot appears compressed dorsal to plantar. This is a younger dog and the owner stated this was a longstanding condition of approximately 5 months. The animal was bright, active, and alert. This animal must be examined by a licensed veterinarian and health records must be maintained. Documentation must be maintained for any health related problems and it must include the following information: - Identity of the animal. - Descriptions of the illness or injury - Dates, details, and results of examinations, tests, and other such procedures. - Dates and other details of all treatments, including the name, dose, route, frequency, and duration of treatment with drugs or other medications. - Follow-up exams to determine resolution of problem To be corrected by: Feburary 18, 2014 |
