An excessive number of flies are on and around a pile of wet feed that was spilled on the ground. The spilled feed is located next to a food receptacle in an enclosure affecting at least two dogs. An excessive number of pests can lead to disease hazards. An effective program for the control of insects, external parasites affecting dogs that are pests, must be established and maintained so as to promote the health and well-being of the animals and reduce contamination by pests in animal areas. To be corrected by July 15, 2014 This inspection was conducted on July 1, 2014 with the owner. An exit interview was conducted on July 3, 2014 with the owner.
