12172 | 38cb608c999133e1 | 3.6(a)(2)(10) | 0 | PRIMARY ENCLOSURES. | In the east whelping room, the enclosures are raised off the ground and have a mesh style flooring. The flooring in one enclosure, housing three dogs, has a hole in it. The hole is approximately three inches wide and poses an injury hazard to the dogs. All flooring must be constructed in a manner that does not allow for the dogs feet and legs to pass through. The flooring needs to be replaced or altered in a manner that protects the dogs from injury and the licensee must establish a maintenance plan for the enclosure flooring to ensure it remains safe for the dogs and in good repair.
