A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 7:30pm on
8/20/2014 & 9:30am-10:15am on 08/21/2014.
Inspectors made attempts to inspect the facility on both 8/20/14 and 8/21/2014. During each attempt inspectors
knocked on both the residence door and the facility door as well as calling the licensee's phone and leaving multiple
voice mails.
At 7:30pm on 8/20/2014 the inspector called the attending veterinarian who confirmed that emergency treatment
had been provided to the adult cat named ""Junior"" ID #31.
