A newly acquired coyote is not listed in the inventory. The rabbit does not have the name and address of the donor or the date of acquiring of the animal. Two opossums have no address of the source and the acquisition date is incomplete. Every exhibitor should make, keep, and maintain records or forms which fully and correctly disclose information concerning animals purchased or otherwise acquired, owned, held, leased, or otherwise in his or her possession or under his or her control, or which is transported, sold, euthanized, or otherwise disposed of by the exhibitor. The records shall include any offspring born of any animal while in his or her possession or under his or her control. This includes, the date of purchase, acquisition, sale, or disposal of the animal(s). The record keeping system must be in place and maintained. Correction date: 7/25/2015
