On June 14, 2021, the licensee gave ownership of approximately 150 dogs to another individual. No disposition forms for these dogs were provided to the inspector. Failure to provide disposition information does not allow APHIS officials to trace animals to premises where they have resided or are currently located and can interfere with the ability to properly identify dogs. Each dealer shall make, keep, and maintain records or forms which fully and correctly disclose all required information concerning each dog purchased or otherwise acquired, owned, held, or otherwise in his or her possession or under his or her control, or which is transported, euthanized, sold, or otherwise disposed of. The records shall include any offspring born of any animal while in his or her possession or under his or her control. The licensee must make, keep and maintain all required acquisition and disposition information for all adult dogs and puppies that are under his possession or under his control at any time.
