The licensee has still not recorded on the facility's record of animals on hand (APHIS form 7005) the cats and kittens that were present at the facility this summer. The facility's animal inventory records remain incomplete. Lack of current and up-to-date records does not ensure for the proper tracking of the animals. All cats/kittens need to be listed on the facility's record on animals on hand to ensure that facility records are complete, accurate and contain all required information. This was a focused inspection of records only. Note: The licensee stated that she will no longer be conducting regulated activity and wishes to cancel her license. A Voluntary Surrender of License form was provided. Inspection and exit interview conducted with licensee. End of report.
