- A hole was noticed under the restaurant. When an inspector asked the licensee what the hole was from the licensee stated a rabbit had escaped its enclosure and dug the den. - The primary enclosure housing 3 rabbits had dig barrier that had been exposed. There was also an area of fencing approximately two feet by three feet that has been used for a patch had sharp points on the edges. Primary enclosures shall be structurally sound and maintained in good repair to protect the rabbits from injury, to contain them, and to keep predators out. All enclosures for rabbits must be constructed and maintained in good repair. To be corrected by October 1, 2023
