Cleaning. * There is an accumulation of grime, dirt, dust and cobwebs on the doors and walls of the enclosures and feeders in the general building housing 19 dogs. These areas of organic matter can harbor disease organisms and cause illness in the dogs. Licensee must ensure that all surfaces of the housing facility are cleaned, sanitized and maintained to satisfy general husbandry standards and for the overall health of the dogs. * To be corrected by: 9/1/15 Inspection and exit interview conducted with facility representative and MDA personnel.
