There were no disposition records present for guinea pigs sold since the last inspection report dated February 5, 2014. There were no records present showing the disposition of guinea pigs purchased on the following dates: 2/25/14, 3/31/14, 5/12/14; 11/12/14. The only records present were for guinea pigs purchased on the above four dates. Disposition records must include the date the animals were sold, the name and address of the buyer, and the species and number of animals in the shipment. Licensee must make and maintain records on all animals purchased and disposed of to document changes in ownership and to keep track of animal shipments for health and regulatory purposes. Correct from this day forward. An exit briefing was conducted with the owner.
