There is no documentation indicating the Prinicple Investigator has been fully trained and is qualified to conduct the alternative method of euthanasia indicated in the protocol. The training records provided indicate a general fire arm safety and use course was attended and completed, but there are no records indicating any training in the specific application to the animals. As of this date no animals have been euthanized on this protocol. Prior to euthanizing any animals by the alternative method documented, training shall be provided and documentation kept indicating the Principle Investigator if fully qualified.
