General requirements. The plastic mesh flooring for one primary enclosure housing an adult female Corgi was sagging in the middle. The sides of the flooring were detached from the supports allowing the floor to sag and leaving a gap at the edge of the flooring where it meets the sides. The gap could result in injury to the dog and sagging floor may affect the comfort of the dog and ability of it to move around in a normal manner around its enclosure. Repair or replace the flooring to prevent sagging. Correct by 8/23/2014. Note: The licensee corrected this during the inspection.
