******* A female Bullmastiff named Sally, ID#900108001281135, was lame and holding up her left front limb which appeared to have a reddened circular lesion on the bottom of the second digit pad. The toe nails on this foot are very short and the toe nails are recessed behind the pads. The foot appears compressed dorsal to plantar. This is a younger dog and the owner stated this was a longstanding condition of approximately 5 months. The animal was bright, active, and alert. This animal must be examined by a licensed veterinarian and health records must be maintained. Documentation must be maintained for any health related problems and it must include the following information: - Identity of the animal. - Descriptions of the illness or injury - Dates, details, and results of examinations, tests, and other such procedures. - Dates and other details of all treatments, including the name, dose, route, frequency, and duration of treatment with drugs or other medications. - Follow-up exams to determine resolution of problem To be corrected by: Feburary 18, 2014
