Within an outbuilding there is a dam and 8 puppies located in a dirt hole. The licensee stated he was not aware the puppies were there and were most likely less than a week old. The hole is located behind and under a metal food receptacle. Failure to observe the animals daily for veterinary care issues can lead to unnecessary pain, discomfort or suffering. Licensee must observe all animals daily to assess their health and well-being. To be corrected from this day forward.
