A floor seam in building 19 at the Yemassee site is missing the sealant between the concrete floor pieces leaving a gap where water and wastes can flow. This seam needs to be resealed so that the floor can be readily cleaned and sanitized. To be corrected after end of current study when building is emptied. This is a focused inspection with emphasis on Yemassee site and previous non-compliant items at Hampton site rechecked. Exit briefing conducted with facility representatives.
