Environmental enhancement to promote psychological well-being of primates program was approved by the previous attending veterinarian and has not been amended to reflect the current veterinarian. The previously approved program listed different substrates and containers as well as whole fruits and vegetables for enrichment throughout the day. During the inspection there was no evidence of different substrates, containers or whole fruits and vegetables in the enclosure. The written plan for environmental enhancement to promote psychological well-being of primates needs to be updated to reflect the enrichment provided and approved by the current attending veterinarian. Documentation of implementation of the written plan was not available during inspection. Correction date 8 August 2015 Exit Interview conducted with facility representative.
