(b) (2) ***** At time of inspection the following two dogs both female Yorkshire Terriers ( microchip #'s 020036541 and 019874011 ) were being treated for an eye problem disgnosed by the veterinarian as "Dry Eye" with several different types of ointments and washes. The eyes remain partially closed and eye matter is present in one female, while the other has eye matter and shows no change according to the licensee. These dogs need to be re-evaluated by a veterinarian to determine a cause of the continued problem with the eyes and to determine a new course of treatment. TO BE CORRECTED BY: 2-16-15 This inspection and exit interview conducted by APHIS, USDA, Animal Care personnel and the owners. END OF REPORT.
